Boots from Mount Everest
In these boots Nejc Zaplotnik reached the summit of Everest on 13 May 1979. They were not a standard production mountain boot; Alpina developed them with climbers and from their experience so they would allow technical climbing while giving the best possible protection against extreme cold. We keep the Alpina boots at the Gorenjska Museum in Kranj.
